Order Processing and Shipping
We partner with a print-on-demand drop shipping provider with facilities located worldwide. Depending on your location, your order will be processed and shipped from the most efficient facility in that region. Orders are typically fulfilled within 3-7 days, after which they are shipped. Shipping time takes 3-4 business days.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to track your package, or you can contact the courier directly for updates or any concerns regarding your shipment.

Before contacting us, please do the following:
Verify the shipping address: Check your shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct.
Check the tracking information: Review the tracking link for any delays or issues.
Check with neighbors: Sometimes couriers leave packages with neighbors. Be sure to ask if they received your order.
If the shipping address is correct, and your package was not left at the post office or with a neighbor, please contact us at support@melaninelevation.com with your order number. If the error was due to an incorrect address provided by you, we can send you a replacement order, but please note that shipping will be at your own cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Melanin Elevation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been scanned as "Delivered" by the courier.
If you have not received your order after it has been scanned as "Delivered," please reach out directly to the courier. Couriers may accidentally scan packages as "Delivered" prematurely, but this is typically easily resolved directly with the courier.

Refund Policy
No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! As we operate on a Print on Demand model, each item is made specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@melaninelevation.com. We are committed to making things right!
Please Note: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival. If you notice a defect, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out right away so we can assess the situation and work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, kindly email us at support@melaninelevation.com with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any relevant details about your order. We’ll review the situation and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
